A senior sparring partner for founders, month after month.
After a raise, you have to reinvent how you operate: structure governance, hire, train managers, align marketing, sales and customer success. The advisory retainer gives you an experienced operator at your side to make those decisions, and to follow them through.
Founders and leadership teams between Seed and Series A
You have just raised, the plan is ambitious, and the organization has to grow up faster than the people in it have time for.
Founders who still carry revenue
You sell, you set pricing and you arbitrate between marketing and sales. You need structure and a second brain before you hire senior leaders.
New or first-time leaders
Your head of marketing, sales or operations is talented but new to the role. They need a peer who has been there, not another course.
Teams scaling their go-to-market
Pipeline, CRM, reporting and processes were built for ten people. They now have to work for fifty, and for your next board meeting.
Three pillars, one continuous conversation
We dive into the pillars of your business: HR, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Ops. Context is everything, so the goal is not best practice, but the right practice for your environment.

A simple, steady cadence
Your startup evolves quickly and the market even more so. Gathering advice is not enough without follow-up, so the retainer is built around rhythm.
First call
30 minutes to understand where you are, what is stuck and whether we are a good fit.
Context deep-dive
Your market, team, numbers and tools. Every organization has its own DNA and history.
Two sessions a month
Two hours each. We set the agenda, debrief on projects and plan the next steps.
Follow-up in between
Recommendations are tracked until they are implemented, so decisions turn into execution.
Not a part-time executive. A long-term outside view.
Founders talk to other founders all the time. What is usually missing is operational expertise, structured follow-up, and advice adapted to their real context. One coffee is not enough to understand a company.
Advisory keeps the ownership with you and your team. I stay close to operational reality, bring a view without commercial stakes, and challenge your reasoning over time.
- Operational expertise, not theory: I have run marketing, revenue and operations
- A cross-functional view of your projects and core issues
- Continuity: the same partner who knows your context, session after session
- A sandbox to test ideas and sharpen your priorities
- More seniority and maturity across your organization
Start with a project, continue with the retainer
Some teams prefer to start with a defined scope. These projects often become the first step of an advisory relationship.
Audit and roadmapGet ready for scaling
After each funding round or pivot, your organization, tools and processes need to change. I run an audit and build a roadmap for the months ahead. You can then move forward on your own, or continue with advisory.

CRMs are often poorly adopted and misconfigured. I review your set-up with technical depth and business logic, then help you build a robust, scalable foundation and use your data to drive performance.

One-to-one sessions and asynchronous support to build your roadmap, handle management challenges and navigate key career milestones in a new role.

How is advisory different from a fractional or interim executive?
You and your team keep ownership of execution. I bring an outside, senior view: I challenge, help structure and follow up on decisions over time, without commercial stakes. If you need someone to run a team day to day, we will say so on the first call.
How much of my time does it take?
Two sessions of two hours each month, plus short follow-ups between sessions. The agenda is set together before each session, so the time goes to what matters now.
How long do engagements last?
Advisory works best over time, because context is what makes advice useful. We review together regularly whether the retainer is still the right format for your stage.
Which topics can we cover?
Strategy and growth, organization and management, tools, processes and RevOps, across HR, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Ops. Priorities change with your stage, and the agenda follows them.
How is the retainer priced?
The retainer is priced monthly, depending on scope. We discuss it during the first call, once I understand your situation.
Do you work in English?
Yes. Sessions can run in French or English.
